How our Optional Care Model Works at Tree of Life
Psychotherapy supported by a coordinated system of care - starting February 2026 we are enrolling limited participants on our care model
What We’re Doing
At Tree of Life Counseling Center, psychotherapy remains at the center of our work. What is changing is how that therapy is supported.
Rather than care being held only by a single therapist and a weekly appointment, we are organizing care at the agency level. This allows us to provide greater continuity, coordination, and support over time—without changing the integrity of psychotherapy itself.
This approach is designed to help care stay responsive as needs change, instead of restarting or fragmenting when things shift.
What Stays the Same
If you are receiving therapy at Tree of Life, you are still receiving therapy.
You work with a licensed therapist
Psychotherapy is delivered ethically and within scope
Insurance is accepted and billed as usual (including 90837 when applicable)
Your therapist remains clinically responsible for your care
This model does not replace psychotherapy or change what therapy is.
What’s Different
In addition to therapy sessions, care is now supported by a broader team and ongoing structure. This means your progress is not held by a single hour each week, but supported across time.
Care may include:
Smaller clinician caseloads
Case manager or coach involvement
Groups led by therapists or case managers
Regular interaction with your treatment plan
Support that continues between sessions
The goal is not more services, but better continuity.
Support Beyond the Therapy Hour
Many people experience therapy as helpful in session but hard to carry into daily life. Our model is designed to bridge that gap.
Depending on your needs, support may include structured check-ins, coordination with your care team, group participation, and access to educational resources focused on attachment and co-regulation.
These supports are meant to reinforce therapy—not replace it.
Levels of Care & Pricing
Higher Clinical Intensity
This level of care includes:
Weekly or biweekly psychotherapy
Ongoing therapist involvement
Case manager or coach support
Groups and between-session resources
$150 per month
Lower Clinical Intensity
This level of care includes:
Therapist oversight of care
Case manager or coach as primary support
Groups and between-session resources
Therapy sessions as clinically indicated, but not weekly
$120 per month
Flexible payment options are available, including weekly or monthly payments. Clients who choose lower-cost payment methods may receive a small administrative rate adjustment.
A single psychotherapy session commonly costs between $150–$200. Our care is structured differently so many clients receive ongoing support and coordination at a comparable monthly cost.
Who This Is For
This model may be a good fit if you are looking for:
Care that adapts over time
Support beyond a single weekly session
A team that stays oriented to your progress
An option for care whether or not you have insurance
This may not be a fit if you are looking only for short-term or one-time services.
